By accessing or using CROC (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CROC is a non-custodial interface for trading tokens on Solana (via aggregated swaps and limit orders), discovering tokens, and creating new tokens on a bonding curve. CROC does not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any point — all transactions are signed by your own wallet and settled directly on-chain.
You must be legally permitted to use crypto-asset services in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful where you live.
Crypto-assets are volatile and can lose some or all of their value. Tokens created via a bonding curve, in particular, carry significant risk and no guarantee of liquidity, value, or continued trading.
Smart contracts, including CROC's own on-chain programs, may contain bugs or be exploited despite reasonable care. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
CROC does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. CROC cannot recover lost keys, reverse a transaction, or restore lost funds.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or evading sanctions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy of any data displayed (prices, market cap, liquidity, or otherwise).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CROC and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
